I have worked with this firm for about 6 months on four different moving and storage related projects. I have been very pleased with the consistent, timely, and quality based service received from this firm. A particularly challenging project was the move-out and storage of a new elementary school that replaced an older site. Desert View was given the assignment to remove all surplus furnishings and equipment and store for approximately two months and then return those items to the new site. A great deal of coordination and effort was necessary to accomplish this project with the timeline established. The project went exceptionally well thanks to the management and control delivered by this firm. The quality of the individual workers has also been very satisfactory. We are first of all very pleased to provide DVL with this reference. Last September moved an office that supported a staff of over 850 employees. We moved our server, our computers, desks, chairs, tables, art work. You name it, we had it and it all had to be moved. Timing was critical for us. We had to have our server and computers up and running by the next day so DVL met with us and helped work out a schedule to make sure everything got moved over and in time to be up and running by the next morning. They were great. They gave us a very useful memo to hand out to each employee so everyone understood how to pack up their personal belongings and they came to our facility several times to work out the particulars to make sure everything went smoothly on the day of the move. They worked with us on the delivery of the packing supplies and gave us all the boxes we could possibly need. Our yard move made us a little nervous. We're a concrete company of over 850 employees with a lot of materials and supplies spread across a yard size of 5 football fields. Again, DVL met with us several times and walked the yard to make sure we didn't miss anything. It took a little longer than anyone expected, but DVL stepped up and we got it done. One of the most impressive things for us was that patience they showed to us. We were having trouble with our certificate of occupancy at our new building and we had to change our move date twice. DVL was very understanding and worked with us to get it done. We couldn't have been more pleased with their service.
